Is the lodge serviced and cleaned for our times of personal use?
Yes – on arrival you will find your lodge full serviced as you would a regular paying guest.
What maintenance costs should we consider?
Basic maintenance is covered in your letting agreement with Mains of Taymouth.
Can we keep personal affects in the lodge?
Each lodge has a large rear store perfect for locking away your personal gear.
What other costs should we consider?
The usual utility costs although the lodges are extremely efficient.
Is there a factoring fee?
Yes. If you are on a commission based rental agreement the charge is around £2000 each year. If you are on the rental guarantee scheme then this is reduced to £1000 per annum for the 3 years.
What does the factoring fee cover?
Annual gas safety check, grass cutting, street lighting, bin emptying, waste water treatment, snow clearance on main drive.
