The Mains of Taymouth Stables adjacent to Balloch Park has picked up ‘Best Sports & Recreation Business’ in the Perthshire Business Awards.

The popular stables run by Kerry Orr and her team offers pony trekking and hacking. It is home to a well-attended pony club where stable management is taught to our local youngsters, great fun had by all. In addition, it offers professional tuition and is set amongst spectacular scenery.

It is a real asset to Balloch Park and hugely popular with our guests who stay in our properties and booking is essential. Closed on Mondays so all 26 horses and ponies can have a well-earned rest.
